One-year program at Toulouse 1 Capitole University

The first-year* of the master’s degree programme in « International and European Law » is a French national degree, taught in English, fully recognized in Europe and complying with the Bologna process. This one-year program equals 60 credits in the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

In particular, this master gives the opportunity to apply for the second year of one of the Master’s degree programs taught in English (or both in English or French) at Toulouse 1 Capitole University, in the following areas of study:
• Comparative International Law,
• International Business Law,
• International Economic Law,
• Private International Law.

You wish to apply for a master 2 at the university for 2019/2020?

The Master’s degree (M2*) in International Economic Law (MINTEC) aims at giving students a thorough knowledge of international economic legal issues. According to the French grading system, the master’s degree is a national diploma recognised in the European Union countries and which is equivalent to a Legum Magister (LL.M.).
The programme focuses mainly on the study of the World Trade Organization, of the European Union in an economic perspective and of international economic development. The MINTEC also aims at providing students with some basic knowledge of international law, contracts and markets regulations.
A study trip to Brussels will be organised in the frame of this programme. The students will have the opportunity to discover the European Institutions.
